Job Title: Telecaller

Location: Gachibowli, Hyderabad (Work From Office)

Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹20,000 per month + Performance Incentives

We are looking for confident and energetic Telecallers to join our growing team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, explain our services, answer their queries, and schedule appointments for the sales team. This position is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills who enjoy speaking with people and building customer relationships.

Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound calls and customer enquiries.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Build positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Eligibility
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
