Cerebrox HR Academy is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, explaining our training programs, handling inquiries, and guiding candidates through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.

- Explain course details, fees, benefits, and career opportunities.

- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain regular communication.

- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about programs.

- Schedule counseling sessions and webinars for potential students.

- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM/database.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and admission targets.

- Build positive relationships with prospective students and parents.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.





- Fluency in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree

- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or education counseling is preferred.
