Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and qualified manner.
- Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
- Meet daily targets set by the company for sales performance metrics such as call handling time, conversion rates, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-3 years of experience in BPO industry or related field (telecalling/telemarketing).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in email processing, email writing, email support, chat support, semi voice processes.
- Ability to work on blended processes including domestic process & international process.
