Position Overview We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Tele Researcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting telephone-based research to gather information, verify data, and provide insights that support our business objectives. This role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of accuracy, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities Conduct Telephone Research Make outbound calls to gather information from target audiences.
Conduct surveys, interviews, and data verification calls.
Collect and record accurate data in a systematic manner. Data Collection and Analysis Gather and analyze data to identify trends and insights.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of information collected.
Compile and present research findings in a clear and concise manner.
Database Management
Update and maintain accurate records in the company’s database.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
Regularly review and clean the database to remove outdated or incorrect information. Reporting and Documentation Prepare detailed reports based on research findings.
Document methodologies and processes for future reference.
Provide regular updates on research progress and results to the management team. Collaboration and Communication Work closely with other team members to support research projects.
Communicate effectively with respondents to obtain necessary information.
Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand research needs and objectives.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a tele-research, telemarketing, or related role.
Experience in B2B or market research is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
