Position Overview The CRO is responsible for driving lead generation, managing proactive outbound tele-prospecting, converting prospective leads into distribution partners, and supporting walk-in and field-level customer inquiries. This role serves as a crucial point of contact between prospective business partners, end-users, and senior management.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Outbound Prospecting & Daily Call Volume

- Conduct a minimum of 30 structured calls per day to prospective, past, and existing B2B customers, dealers, fabricators, and contractors.
- Efficiently manage both inbound customer inquiries and outbound sales calls, ensuring prompt response times and systematic follow-ups.

1. Lead Generation & Distributor Conversion

- Extract, verify, and cultivate business leads from digital B2B portals, primarily IndiaMART, social media, and internal inquiries.
- Nurture qualified leads through the sales pipeline with a strategic focus on converting prospects into authorized distributors and regional dealers.

Visitor & Technical Field Support

- Assist visiting customers, outstation clients (from outside Chennai), and dealers arriving at the office/depot by providing detailed product walkthroughs, catalogs, and technical support.
- Address technical and operational queries from carpenters, fabricators, contractors, and field personnel regarding product specifications, installation details, and material suitability.

1. Reporting & Performance Tracking

- Maintain accurate records of call interactions, lead stages, sample dispatches, and follow-up schedules.
- Prepare and submit structured Daily Call Reports (DCR), Weekly Summary Reports, and Monthly Performance Reviews directly to the AGM and VP.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
