The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and counselling skills, with the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions through telephonic and virtual consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and counsel prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.
- Understand students' academic background and career aspirations to recommend suitable MBBS abroad options.
- Provide detailed information regarding universities, admission eligibility, fee structure, scholarships, visa process, and other admission-related procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents to ensure timely conversion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students throughout the admission process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and update the CRM on a regular basis.
- Coordinate with the documentation and admission team for smooth processing of applications.
- Achieve individual monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with admission guidelines, university offerings, and international education trends.
