Job Summary - Tele-Counsellor We are hiring a Tele-Counsellor to guide students over the phone on study-abroad options You will understand student needs provide accurate information on courses and universities and convert enquiries into admissions while staying updated on education and immigration requirements Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service to students over the phone Understand each student s requirements and recommend suitable study options Share accurate information on universities courses admission criteria and documentation Support students throughout their application journey and address queries promptly Stay updated with immigration rules education policies and university changes Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into successful enrolments Maintain strong conversion rates by building trust and giving reliable guidance Update student interactions in the CRM for proper tracking and follow-up Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
