Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Contact leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
- Explain the clinic's hair and skin treatments clearly.
- Schedule patient appointments with doctors.
- Follow up with existing and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM.
- Achieve daily and monthly appointment targets.
- Coordinate with the front office and clinic team for smooth patient handling.

Requirements

- Any Degree / Diploma / 12th Pass.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication skills in Tamil (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and convincing skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
