We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our website development company.

Key Roles & Responsibilies

- Contact potential clients through phone calls.
- Understand client requirements and explain our website development services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
- Schedule meetings between clients and the sales or technical team.
- Maintain call records and update lead status in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Business Development are welcome to apply.
- Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools is an added advantage.
