Primary Objective: Drive patient appointments by converting inquiries, checking on existing patients, and reducing no-shows.

Key Duties

- Lead Conversion: Call inbound inquiries from web/social media ads and convert them into booked appointments.

- Patient Follow-ups: Call past patients for routine cleanings/recalls, check-in post-procedure, and reschedule missed appointments.

- Confirmations: Send reminders and calls to minimize no-show rates.

- Lead Tracking: Keep the clinic’s lead tracker/Google Sheet updated with call statuses.

Key Qualifications

- Experience: 1–2 years in telecalling or customer support (healthcare/dental preferred).

- Communication: Clear, polite, and persuasive speaking skills in English and relevant local languages.

- Skills: Basic Excel/Google Sheets proficiency, high empathy, and good objection-handling skills.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
