JD & Responsibilities

- Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, emails, social media and direct calls
- Modifying sales pitches in response to customer demand
- Acquiring and retaining contact information databases
- Put forward suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer
- Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of prospect to the appropriate department for further action • Strong communication abilities
- Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach
- The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
- Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides
- Ability to listen and solve problems
- Ability to cope with rejection while remaining calm




- Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations
- Meeting Weekly / Monthly/ Quarterly & Annual targets Desired Candidate Profile
- UG or PG computer science graduates or B.C.A or M.C.A Graduates (2022 & 2023 Passed outs)
- Excellent English communication skills
- Female candidates only
- Domestic (Chennai)
- Preferably have basic knowledge on IT courses & certifications
- 0-1 years of Relevant experience (Selling IT Courses) needed.
- Salary will be paid as per the industry standards and negotiable as per the qualification and relevant experience
