We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to generate leads, engage potential customers, and drive sales through outbound and inbound calling. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

- Explain products and services related to Real Estate, Loans, and Insurance.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.

- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

- Follow up regularly with interested prospects to maximize conversions.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or company systems.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.

- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Requirements

- Graduate or Undergraduate (depending on business requirements).

- 03 years of experience in Tele Sales, Telecalling,



Inside Sales, Real Estate, Loans, Insurance, or a related field.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to convince and influence customers.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

- Target-driven mindset with a positive attitude.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in Real Estate, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP or Insurance sales.

- Excellent follow-up and relationship management skills.

- Strong objection-handling abilities.
