Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and existing clients.

- Explain products/services and generate interest.

- Follow up with leads and schedule appointments where required.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate when necessary.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer engagement.

Requirements

- Minimum 1+ year of experience in Tele Calling, Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.

- Good verbal communication skills in English.

- Hindi is optional; candidates without Hindi are welcome if they have good English communication.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM experience is an added advantage).

- Positive attitude, persuasive communication, and customer-focused approach.
