We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telecaller to generate leads, engage with potential customers, explain our products/services, and convert inquiries into sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products/services and address customer queries.
- Generate and qualify sales leads.
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and/or English.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and good listening skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
