RateperSQFT is a growing real estate firm focused on providing high-quality residential, commercial and industrial property solutions. We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our sales and customer engagement team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote real estate projects.
- Generate leads and schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain and update the customer database in CRM software.
- Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication with clients.
- Provide accurate information about property features, pricing, and availability.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in real estate or sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills in English, Hindi, and local language.
- Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
