Telecaller / Customer Calling Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers / Customer Calling Executives with excellent communication skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, explaining our products or services, and converting leads into potential customers. If you have a pleasant phone manner, strong persuasion skills, and enjoy interacting with people, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective communication.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, conversations, and customer details in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.




- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through skilled interaction.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Clear pronunciation and confident speaking ability.
- Ability to listen actively and respond appropriately.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, or similar software).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, BPO, telesales, or inside sales is an advantage.
