Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
- Handle incoming customer enquiries and provide basic information about interior design services.
- Follow up with leads through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule appointments for Sales Consultants.
- Maintain and regularly update lead and customer details.
- Follow up on quotations, meetings, and pending enquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams for lead conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain skilled communication with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
