- Explain our business in a clear and professional manner.
- Identify interested customers and answer their basic questions.
- Collect customer details such as name, company, contact number, email, and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
- Update customer data in Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads.
Skills Required

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to print, scan, and handle basic office documentation.

Qualification
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
