- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain jewelry products and offers to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain customer records and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience as a Telecaller (Freshers can also apply).
- Experience in the jewelry industry is preferred.
- Fluent in Hindi.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
