Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided database.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Explain company products and services to potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and pending decisions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/Excel.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Address customer questions and resolve basic concerns.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer communication.
- Prepare daily call reports and update management on progress.





Required Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a target-driven workplace.
- Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

- Any Graduate or Intermediate/Diploma.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or BPO is an added advantage.
