About the role The Technical Program Manager owns academic program execution across cohorts curriculum delivery quality, instructor coordination, and student outcomes. You are the operational and technical backbone of the Mirai: deeply hands-on in both DSA and Web, and accountable for the program running to plan.

Key responsibilities

- Drive curriculum delivery to plan across all cohorts and locations.

- Coordinate Educators and Teaching Assistants; ensure consistent teaching quality.

- Track student performance and weekly assessments; act on the data.

- Run demo days and program reviews.

- Escalate and unblock issues across the academic team quickly.

Must-have

- Strong command of both DSA and Web development you can go deep in either track with

instructors and students.

- A standout, demonstrable achievement: a hackathon win, a strong competitive-programming rank,

a shipped product, or notable open-source work. Be prepared to speak to this in detail in Round 1.

- Solid program execution skills: planning, coordination, follow-through.
