Description

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 1-2 years of experience in a technical operations or support role, preferably in a Linux workplace.

- Strong proficiency in Linux operating systems and SQL database management.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to system maintenance and troubleshooting.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with shell scripting or other automation tools to streamline operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain Linux-based production environments to ensure system stability and performance.





- Write and execute SQL queries for data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting purposes.

- Investigate and resolve system and application issues promptly to minimize downtime and service disruption.

- Automate routine operational tasks using shell scripts or relevant automation tools to enhance efficiency.

- Participate in deployments, patching, and infrastructure upgrades to maintain up-to-date systems.

- Maintain comprehensive system documentation, logs, and standard operating procedures for operational consistency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technical operations and ensure seamless service delivery.

- Provide first-level technical support and escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary.
