1. Hire (Recruitment & Selection)

- Sourcing & Interviewing: HR collaborates with department heads to draft job descriptions, screen candidates, and conduct interviews.
- Offer Management: Involves salary negotiation, drafting offer letters, and guiding candidates through background checks.

2. Onboarding

- Integration: Welcoming new hires, introducing them to company culture, and providing necessary tools.
- Compliance: Collecting tax forms, signing Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), and setting up payroll.

3. Develop & Retain

- Performance Management: Conducting regular performance reviews, goal-setting, and identifying training needs.

4. Offboarding (The Exit Process)

- Notice & Documentation: Acknowledging the resignation or termination notice and confirming the last working day.
- Knowledge Transfer: Ensuring the employee documents their current projects, active accounts,



and tasks to pass to their successor.
- Asset & Access Revocation: Collecting company-issued laptops, ID badges, and disabling IT software/email access.

5. Exit Formalities

- Final Settlement: Calculating and processing pending salary, gratuity, leave encashment, and bonuses.
- Exit Interviews: Conducting a confidential meeting to gather candid feedback on management, workload, and workplace culture.
- Final Documentation: Issuing relieving letters, experience certificates, and handling necessary exit paperwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
