Conduct daily plant safety inspections and identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. Implement Permit to Work (PTW) systems for hot work, confined space, height work, electrical isolation, excavation, and line breaking. Carry out Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and recommend corrective actions. Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, perform root cause analysis, and ensure CAPA implementation. Ensure compliance with PPE requirements and protected work practices.
