Vice Principal Duties and Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of a vice principal include:

- Assist the principal in developing and implementing school policies, procedures, and improvement plans.
- Manage student discipline by investigating incidents, assigning consequences, and mediating conflicts.




- Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff, providing feedback and supporting qualified growth.
- Coordinate standardized testing, school schedules, and academic programming logistics.

- Post graduate with B.ED
