We're Hiring - Assistant Architect

Location - Mohali, Punjab

JLPL Group is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Architect to join our team.

Eligibility Criteria

* Graduate in Architectural Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or

* Diploma in Architectural Engineering with 10–12 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Preparation and coordination of architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and working drawings.

* Coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants for seamless project execution.

* Assistance in services planning and integration within multi-storey building projects.

* Liaisoning with GMADA and other statutory authorities for submission of drawings, approvals, and related documentation.

* Maintenance of project records, approvals, and statutory documentation.

* Ensuring compliance with applicable building by-laws, regulations, and the National Building Code (NBC).





* Supporting site teams with architectural inputs and construction-related coordination.

Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience in multi-storey residential and commercial projects.

* Strong knowledge of building construction methodologies, finishing materials, and architectural detailing.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD and architectural drafting.

* Sound understanding of services planning and coordination.

* Familiarity with prevalent building by-laws, approval procedures, and regulatory requirements.

* Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
