JD FOR Sea Freight Operations & Pricing Executive / Sr. Executive

Location : Mahipalpur Delhi
Experience : 7-8 Years min

Roles & Responsibilities :

Manage end-to-end sea import and export operations (FCL & LCL).

Coordinate with shipping lines, overseas agents, customers, transporters, and CHA.

Handle and verify shipping documentation including BL, Invoice, Packing List, SI, COO, etc.

Ensure timely booking, vessel planning, tracking, and final delivery of shipments.

Provide regular shipment updates and resolve operational issues or delays.

Procure freight rates from shipping lines and overseas partners.

Prepare and share competitive quotations for sea import and export shipments.

Negotiate rates to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.

Maintain updated rate sheets and vendor contracts.

Support the sales team with accurate and timely pricing.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs and international trade regulations.

NOTE : Expertise in Exports and pricing -sea

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Freight: 7 years (Preferred)
- Freight operations: 7 years (Preferred)
- Freight Procurement: 3 years (Preferred)
