We are seeking a Process Expert to support and improve daily operations within our Quick Commerce business. The ideal candidate will monitor operational processes, ensure SOP compliance, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, store operations, and support teams.
- Track KPIs including order fulfillment, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Support process implementation and operational improvement projects.
- Train team members on updated processes and best practices.
- Maintain quality, safety,



and operational standards.

Required Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of warehouse, fulfillment, logistics, or last-mile operations.
- Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quick Commerce, E-commerce, Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
- Experience working with fulfillment centers or dark stores is preferred.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
