Job Summary

We are seeking an analytical, dynamic, and highly qualified High School Mathematics Teacher (TGT) to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will teach Integrated Mathematics (covering Algebra, Geometry, Coordinate Geometry, Mensuration, Statistics, and Probability) to students in Classes IX and X, strictly following CBSE curriculum guidelines. Your core mission will be to simplify complex mathematical theorems, strengthen problem-solving logic, eliminate math anxiety, and thoroughly prepare students for their board examinations.Key Responsibilities

- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute high-quality lessons aligned with the CBSE high school mathematics syllabus, ensuring seamless integration of arithmetic, algebraic, and geometric concepts.
- Analytical Thinking: Focus on conceptual clarity, step-by-step logic derivation, and the practical application of mathematical formulas.
- Assessment & Evaluation: Conduct frequent topic-wise tests, grade board-pattern subjective assignments, and identify individual learning gaps.
- Exam Preparation: Design and implement rigorous practice sessions, solve NCERT Exemplar problems and previous years' board papers, and teach time-saving calculation techniques.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, focused, and encouraging learning workplace that caters to students of varying mathematical abilities.
- Lab & Activities: Utilize the school’s math lab, geo-boards, math software, and visual models to make abstract concepts tangible.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- Education:



Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics (B.Sc. / M.Sc. Mathematics) from a recognized university.
- Professional Degree: Mandatorily requires a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) with Mathematics as a core pedagogy subject.
- Certification: Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) or state-level teacher eligibility clearance is highly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of verified experience teaching Mathematics to High School (Grades 9–10) in a reputed CBSE school.
- Languages: Complete fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory for classroom instruction.

Essential Skills

- In-depth mastery of the high school CBSE Mathematics blueprint, marking criteria, and question topologies.
- Exceptional ability to break down complex proofs, geometric constructions, and word problems into simple steps.
- Proficiency in handling digital classrooms, smartboards, and interactive math tools (like GeoGebra or digital graph simulators).
- Strong patience, diagnostic capability, and motivational skills to assist struggling students.

Job Details & Benefits

- Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
- Schedule: Day shift (Monday to Saturday layout).
- Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu (In-person teaching).
- Salary: ₹28,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month (Negotiable based on experience and proven academic board results).
