About the Role:

The Assistant Manager – Production will lead manufacturing operations, ensuring timely production, quality compliance, and optimum utilization of manpower and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and monitor daily production activities.
- Achieve production targets and delivery schedules.
- Supervise shop floor operations.
- Optimize manpower and machine utilization.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Stores, and Maintenance.
- Monitor production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Prepare daily production reports.




- Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience:

- 5–8 years in transformer or electrical manufacturing.

Technical Skills:

- Transformer manufacturing process.
- Production planning and scheduling.
- Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
- ERP and MS Office.
- Team management.
