Objectives of the Job: (Summary of the position)

- Implement Interior Design & implementation projects, under guidance of Principal Architect & Team Lead / Project Architect.
- Coordination with Vendors for samples and meetings.
- Must have thorough knowledge to read Design drawings /furniture/ electrical/ plumbing/ MEP diagrams & GFC drawings.
- Plan & coordinate day to day work on site.
- Place request for material procurement well in advance.
- Manpower & vendor work management on Site.
- Handle Client and Contractors and all resources on site.
- Carry out Quality & Design checks and controls on Site.
- Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work as a technical adviser to subcontractors, operatives, and crafts people with respect to the construction site.
- Will be responsible for Quality & Design checks. Check drawings, plans, and other qualities to get accurate calculation.
- Ensure that the quality of materials used is according to the expectations.



Needs to oversee the requisition and selection of the materials.
- Monitor the contract documents such as managing, monitoring, and interpreting the design.
- Supervise the Site Supervisors, labor force and sub contractors on day to day basis.
- Maintain quality control on the site.
- Preparation of minor BoQs if needed as per site and client requirements.
- Resolve unexpected technical problems that may arise in the site.
- Handle projects independently, under guidance & in conjunction with Project Architect / Principal Designer.
- Requirements
- Qualification : BE / Diploma in Civ Engg; Autocad & Civ Engg related software.
- Experience : Min 3 years as Site Engineer

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹37,500.00 per month
