About the Role

We are looking for an experienced VMware VCF Support Specialist to provide expert-level technical support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) environments. The role involves troubleshooting complex issues across VCF components, including vSphere, NSX, vSAN, and SDDC Manager, while ensuring platform stability, performance, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in VMware Cloud technologies and the ability to troubleshoot complex enterprise environments, perform Root Cause Analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai – Client Site

Department: IT Infrastructure

Experience: Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience in VMware Cloud technologies

Working Days: As per business and operational requirements
Key Responsibilities

Provide expert-level technical support for VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and resolve complex technical issues.

Perform in-depth troubleshooting and analysis of VMware Cloud Foundation components, including:

VMware vSphere

VMware NSX

VMware vSAN

VMware Cloud Foundation SDDC Manager





Collaborate with customers and cross-functional technical teams to provide timely and effective solutions.

Ensure customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution and technical support.

Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical incidents and implement corrective and preventive measures.

Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and Knowledge Base Articles.

Participate in proactive initiatives to improve the stability, performance, and reliability of VMware Cloud Foundation environments.

Mentor and support junior engineers by providing technical guidance and sharing best practices.

Collaborate with product development and engineering teams to report product bugs, suggest enhancements, and contribute to product improvement.

Stay updated with the latest VMware Cloud Foundation technologies, features, best practices, and industry developments.

Maintain relevant VMware certifications and continuously enhance technical expertise.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF).

In-depth knowledge of VMware enterprise technologies, including:

VMware vSphere

VMware NSX

VMware vSAN

VMware SDDC Manager

Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Experience in handling complex enterprise VMware environments.

Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and data center technologies.





Experience performing Root Cause Analysis for critical incidents.

Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent technical documentation and communication skills.

Ability to mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership.

Strong understanding of VMware Cloud technologies and enterprise infrastructure.

Preferred Qualification

Any Graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

The following certification is mandatory :
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or

VMware Certified Advanced Professional (VCAP) in Data Center, Cloud, or Network technologies.

Experience working in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud, data center, and BFSI environments will be an added advantage.
