- Oversee and manage overall project execution as per approved design and budget parameters
- Ensure availability of resources (manpower, materials, equipment) to meet project timelines
- Maintain quality, safety, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements at the site
- Review and enhance project plans prepared by the central planning team
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to align execution with approved plans
- Ensure site readiness before construction (land clearance, utility shifting, approvals, etc.)
- Monitor procurement and availability of required materials and equipment
- Supervise site activities to ensure adherence to contract specifications and timelines
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
