Job Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate MERN Stack Developer with expertise in Next.js to build scalable, high-performance, and user-centric web applications. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in both frontend and backend development using the MERN stack, along with a solid understanding of modern web development practices and deployment workflows.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop scalable and responsive web applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Build reusable, modular, and maintainable frontend and backend components.
- Design and integrate REST APIs and third-party services.
- Convert UI/UX designs and wireframes into clean, efficient, and functional code.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, SEO, scalability, and performance.
- Implement server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and API routes using Next.js.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsive design across devices.
- Manage application state using Redux / Context API or similar state management libraries.
- Collaborate with designers, developers,



and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing applications.
- Maintain code quality through code reviews, testing, and best development practices.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.

Key Skills & Requirements

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript (preferred).
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js.
- Strong understanding of Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Experience with server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API integration.
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
- Familiarity with authentication methods such as JWT and OAuth.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git/GitHub.
- Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
- Familiarity with deployment platforms like Vercel, AWS, or DigitalOcean.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
