Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to assist in quantity

estimation, billing, and project cost management. The candidate will work closely with senior QS

engineers and project teams to ensure accurate measurement, documentation, and reporting of

construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

 Assist in quantity take-offs from drawings and site measurements.

 Prepare and update BOQs (Bill of Quantities).

 Support client and subcontractor billing activities.

 Verify site measurements and maintain quantity records.

 Coordinate with Site Engineers and Project Managers for work progress.

 Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quantity reports.

 Maintain project documentation and billing records.





 Assist in material reconciliation and wastage analysis.

 Ensure all work is measured as per approved drawings and specifications.

 Support senior QS team in cost estimation and project planning.

Qualification

 Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

 1– 3 years of experience

Required Skills

 Basic knowledge of construction drawings and estimation.

 Understanding of BOQ and quantity measurement.

 Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

 Knowledge of AutoCAD is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
