Job description

Candidate will be responsible for the accounting and reporting of various global businesses and internal management reporting. The position will focus on managing cost accruals, finalize plan/budgets, business partnering and various P&L; and Balance sheet account reconciliations. The position will also have the responsibility for assisting and coordinating with other key stakeholders in the US and local finance teams on several ad-hoc reporting requests, analysis, and partnership on complex global and local technical accounting matters wherever required. The candidate with also work closely with teams within other functions in Finance including Tax, Treasury, Financial Systems and Financial Planning & Analysis. The candidate will also play a key role in creating process improvements across Finance as a function . Documenting processes to provide transparency,



streamlining processes and working with the Finance leadership to transition to a more automated management reporting as well as other global businesses.

Required Candidate Profile : Ability to work in a team across different geographies / Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines / Excellent communication skills /Candidate will be responsible for the accounting and reporting of various global businesses and internal management reporting. Ability to work in a team across different geographies / Ability to work under pressure and maintain deadlines / Excellent communication skills /Adaptable to work in US shifts

Eligibility : 15+ years of accounting-related work experience, including US GAAP accounting, management and financial reporting, • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required, • CPA/CA/Cost accountant status is strongly preferred, MBA is a plus • Previous working experience at a large multinational company within a multi- currency environment, where foreign operations represent a significant portion of consolidated results is a plus • Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, will be added advantage • The ability to operate at a high level as well as a detailed level • Sound analytical and reporting skills; ability to understand complicated topics, apply critical thinking, apply judgment and make decisions • Good management judgment, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple priorities • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable interacting with peer group, senior leadership and third-party service providers • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple changing priorities along with day-to-day responsibilities • Strong work ethics, professional attitude and reliability • Experience using QuickBooks and Oracle based accounting systems • Advanced computer literacy (use of Windows and corresponding software applications including PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
