- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide expert recommendations to drive product awareness and maximize upselling. [1, 2]
- Sales & Negotiations: Demonstrate product features, address customer objections, negotiate terms if necessary, and successfully close sales. [1, 2]
- Store Operations: Process cash and card transactions via POS systems, arrange compelling merchandise displays, and monitor stock levels. [1, 2, 3]
