Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer – Civil to supervise and manage construction activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality work, timely project execution, coordination with contractors, and compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Review drawings and ensure work is executed as per approved plans and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.
- Carry out site measurements and prepare measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure quality control of civil works and adherence to project standards.
- Plan and monitor manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues with appropriate solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Verify contractor bills and maintain project documentation.




- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material availability.
- Attend project meetings and provide technical updates to management.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4–6 years of experience in civil construction/site execution.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, or residential construction projects.
- Knowledge of RCC, structural work, finishing work, and infrastructure projects.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and construction drawings.
- Understanding of BOQ, estimation, and quantity surveying.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and project reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,787.03 - ₹44,029.05 per month
