Specific Requirements: The person must have excellent analytical and presentation abilities with a focus on engineering concepts, management systems and tools as illustrated above.
Qualification
- M. B. A. from leading institute (Operations and HR specialisations)
- Post-Graduation in Industrial Engineering or other equivalent post-graduate studies, with basic degree in engineering.
Experience
- 2 years post-qualifications experience and/ or note-worthy exposure in some of the management systems and tools.
- Persons with outstanding academic record during MBA/ PG/ Engg. studies with less experience or no experience may be considered.
- Work experience in renowned qualified companies or Management Consultancy organisations will be preferred.
