- Contribute to planning and execution of commercial activations at local and market levels
- Support operational forecasting by monitoring trends, identifying deviations, and improving forecast accuracy
- Ensure high stock accuracy through proactive monitoring and corrective actions
- Help maintain optimal stock structure to reduce avoidable stock and operational costs
- Ensure goods flow processes are executed as per standard operating procedures, including safety and quality measures
- Collaborate with fulfilment, distribution, and commercial teams for smooth forward and reverse flow of goods
- Support replenishment processes, waste management, and click-and-collect operations
- Work closely with commercial teams to ensure proper resource planning based on forecast and commercial calendar
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for better availability, lead times, operational efficiency, and customer experience across sales channels
