Reporting To: Unit Head

Job Summary

Perform thermal spray metallizing operations to apply protective metal coatings as per specifications.

Key Responsibilities

· Operate arc/flame spray metallizing equipment

· Apply coatings to specified thickness

· Inspect coating quality and adhesion

· Maintain metallizing equipment

· Record process and inspection results

· Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards

Required Competencies

Technical knowledge, quality awareness, teamwork, communication skills, problem-solving ability, and commitment to safety.

· Coating thickness compliance





· Productivity

· Quality acceptance rate

· Equipment utilization

· Safety compliance

Educational Qualification

ITI / Diploma / Higher Secondary. Relevant certification will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions
