Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain V&V; plans, procedures, and traceability matrices in accordance with aerospace and critical application standards.

- Define test strategies for software modules and systems components.





- Participate in requirements analysis to ensure testability and coverage.

- Design and execute test cases for unit, integration, system, and acceptance testing.

- Perform test automation and scripting where applicable.

- Document test results, non-conformances, and verification reports.

- Support audits, design reviews, and regulatory compliance activities.

- Interface with systems engineering, software, hardware, and quality assurance teams.

- Work closely with certification authorities (e.g., CEMILAC/RCMA, FAA, EASA) as needed.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in V&V; activities in aerospace or defence domains.

- Hands-on experience with tools like VectorCAST, LDRA, or similar.

- Familiarity with aerospace standards: DO-178B/C (software).

- Strong understanding of safety-critical systems and requirement-based testing.

- Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in avionics systems, flight control systems, or embedded software.

- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or C for test automation.

- Familiarity with Waterfall and V-model development lifecycle.
