1. Automation & Uptime Management

a. Ensure high uptime of critical systems including RSP (Retail Selling Price), ATG (Automatic Tank Gauging), and MPD (Multi Product Dispensers)

b. Monitor system uptime trends and implement corrective actions

c. Minimize downtime to prevent sales loss

2. WFCC & IoT Integration

a. Manage WFCC (Wireless Forecourt Communication Controller) systems across locations

b. Oversee IoT-based monitoring and connectivity across retail outlets

c. Ensure seamless real-time data flow and system integration

3. Payment & Digital Systems Management

a. Oversee APOS machines and digital payment solutions

b. Coordinate with vendors (e.g., Pine Labs) for issue resolution

c. Ensure uninterrupted and seamless transaction processing

4. MPD OEM & Vendor Management

a. Coordinate with MPD OEMs (e.g., Gilbarco, Tokheim, etc.)

b. Manage escalations, breakdowns, and performance issues

c. Ensure adherence to defined SLA timelines

5. NRO Automation & Commissioning

a.



Handle automation setup and installation for New Retail Outlets (NROs)

b. Ensure smooth commissioning and system integration

c. Verify system functionality prior to go-live

6. Maintenance & Support

a. Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance along with IT sanitization

b. Ensure availability of critical spare parts

c. Conduct root cause analysis to reduce recurring failures

7. Complaint & Issue Management

a. Track and resolve BROMA complaints

b. Prioritize critical issues impacting operations and sales

c. Ensure timely closure within defined timelines

8. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

a. Monitor and report on key metrics such as uptime %, vendor performance, and issue trends

b. Present data insights into review and planning meetings

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
