Aviv Global Private Limited is a specialist Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence consultancy. We help mid-market finance teams implement and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions across financial consolidation, close, tax, and reporting. Our senior-consultant delivery model means you’ll work directly on client outcomes from day one.

We are hiring two EPM Consultants (1–3 years’ experience) to join our delivery team on Oracle EPM Cloud implementation and support engagements, with a focus on consolidation, tax, and data management modules.

Responsibilities

- Configure, implement, and support Oracle EPM Cloud applications across the close and reporting lifecycle
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs
- Build and maintain metadata, business rules, data integrations, and reports
- Support consolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and the financial close
- Assist with unit testing, SIT, UAT, data validation, and reconciliation
- Prepare documentation and training materials and support client enablement
- Troubleshoot issues and contribute to improving delivered solutions reconciliation

Requirements

- 1–3 years of hands-on Oracle EPM experience
- Working knowledge of one or more of: FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close), TRCS (Tax Reporting), EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management) — preferred
- Solid grounding in finance and accounting concepts (consolidation, close, statutory/management reporting)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and client-communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a small, accountable delivery team

Preferred qualifications

- Oracle EPM Cloud certification
- Exposure to Essbase, EPBCS/PBCS, ARCS, or BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik)
- Experience with Data Management / EPM Integration Agent
- Prior client-facing consulting experience

Education

- CA / MBA (Finance) / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent
