We are seeking a polished, empathetic, and highly organized Front Desk Relationship Manager to serve as the face of our premium plastic surgery clinic. You will provide end-to-end concierge support, guiding high-net-worth clients from their first inquiry through consultations, scheduling, and post-operative follow-ups with utmost discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Concierge: Welcome and host patients, offering refreshments, maintaining lounge aesthetics, and ensuring complete privacy and comfort.
- Lead Management: Handle walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and social media leads, effectively converting them into consultations.
- Patient Coordination: Educate clients on procedures, treatments, and packages, set up doctor appointments, and coordinate OT schedules with the medical staff.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships with patients, address their queries or anxieties, and ensure highly personalized care.
- Clinic Operations: Manage patient on-boarding, maintain medical records in CRM software, and oversee daily billing and administrative tasks.
- Follow-Ups: Proactively follow up with post-operative patients to check on their recovery and schedule necessary check-ups.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 3 to 5 years in a front office, concierge,



or client relationship role. Prior experience in high-end aesthetic clinics, med-spas, hospitality, or premium wellness centers is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Impeccable grooming, an exceptionally pleasant and empathetic personality, and outstanding verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, basic billing software, and digital CRM/lead-tracking platforms.
- Professional Demeanor: High emotional intelligence, discretion, and an ability to handle patient expectations delicately and professionally.
