Responsibilities:

- Feeds the printing machine with paper and ink according to the specifications on the technical sheet.
- Checks the quality of the print orders (colors, text legibility, correctness of layout).
- Responsible for the quality and quantity of the completed work.
- Responsible for the materials and raw materials received that are necessary to complete the jobs.
- Ensures the execution of print jobs on the machine as scheduled, together with the team.
- Prepares the printing machine:
- Cleaning/washing the machine
- Installing the printing plates
- Feeding ink, powder, and dampening solution
- Feeding paper sheets
- Monitoring proper machine operation, front marks, and registration
- During printing, monitors:
- Color and matching during the run
- Print appearance and promptly addresses any issues that may arise during printing (lint, plate wear, rubber accidents, or technical malfunctions)

Qualifications:

- Hardworking and eager to gain knowledge in the printing industry
- Experience operating printing machines is an advantage
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prepare and carry out assigned tasks according to the work plan
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Experience working in three shifts is considered an advantage
