Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Experience Required: 0–3 Years

Salary: Based on Experience

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries and assist in sales coordination
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, billing, and purchase/sales entries
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries
- Maintain customer records and sales data accurately
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets
- Assist walk-in customers with product information and order processing
- Generate reports using MS Excel and office software
- Coordinate with inventory and internal teams for smooth order execution
- Handle email correspondence and office documentation
- Maintain daily records, files, and reports
- Support day-to-day office and administrative operations

Required Skills:

- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)




- Experience with quotation preparation, billing, and order processing
- Basic computer operations and accurate data entry skills
- Familiarity with Tally ERP or similar software
- Follow-up and relationship management skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively and achieve sales targets

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 0–3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Support, Customer Service, or Retail Operations
- Knowledge of quotation handling, invoicing, and sales documentation
- Experience with ERP software, CRM tools, or order management systems
- Understanding of inventory coordination and sales reporting
- Experience in sanitaryware, retail, building materials, or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of customer relationship management and business communication
