Botkovai is an AI-powered WhatsApp CRM and automation platform built for training institutes, helping them convert leads faster through automated follow-ups, AI-driven lead analysis, fee/student management, and reporting. We are scaling Botkovai as a standalone SaaS product with module-based pricing across Tamil Nadu, and now hiring a senior techno-commercial leader to drive both the technical and sales engine of the business.

Role Summary

We re looking for a hybrid techno-marketing leader who can sit between the tech team and the sales team someone who understands SaaS architecture well enough to guide the product roadmap, and understands sales/business development well enough to close deals and hit revenue targets. This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to the Director, ideal for someone who has run both a delivery team and a sales team before.

Key Responsibilities





Technical Team Leadership

- Manage and guide the technical/development team on sprint priorities, delivery timelines, and quality
- Translate client and market requirements into clear technical specifications for developers
- Provide input on software architecture decisions, especially around modular, toggleable SaaS features (core platform + add-on modules)
- Own the product roadmap for current feature rollouts based on client feedback and market demand
