Role & responsibilities

- Perform assembly tasks at assigned workstations cell handling, module assembly, wiring, cable routing, labelling.

- Support testing operators during BESS unit testing; follow work instructions, assembly drawings and safety guidelines.

- Maintain workstation cleanliness and 5S compliance; report quality issues, material shortages, or equipment problems to the supervisor.

- Attend daily briefings/training sessions and support line changeovers and material preparation activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good hand skills and ability to follow work instructions and assembly drawings precisely.

- Basic electrical knowledge circuits, wiring and safety; disciplined, team-oriented work ethic.

- Willingness to learn and comfort working in a shift-based manufacturing setting.
