Experience: 2–5 Years (Technical Training – Mobile/Electronics, Voice LOB Mandatory)
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
CTC- 45-50K Monthly
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical training on mobile products, troubleshooting, CRM, internal tools, and new product launches (NPI).
- Identify training needs (TNI), create training modules, and conduct refresher sessions and one-on-one coaching.
- Analyze CSAT, NPS, VOC, Quality reports, and Top Call Drivers (TCD) to improve performance.
- Develop training content (PPTs, SOPs, Knowledge Base) and measure training effectiveness.
- Support floor operations, mentor employees, and collaborate with SMEs to enhance product and process knowledge.
